Office Maintenance:

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
  • Regularly clean and maintain office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Organize and stock office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and other consumables.
  • Assist in arranging meeting rooms and maintaining their readiness for meetings.

Errands and Deliveries:

  • Run office-related errands, such as purchasing supplies, making deliveries, and collecting documents from external locations.
  • Handle internal mail distribution and assist with external mail and courier services.

Assistance and Support:

  • Provide assistance to staff members with tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding documents.
